Description
One of the most distinctive features of 19th century fashion was the bustle. But, not all bustles were the same. There were many different types. One of Lee’s favorites is the Waterfall Bustle. This stunning dress is actually 3 pieces: an A-line skirt, a snap-front top with decorative buttons and a pleated tail and the waterfall bustle which can be removed so that the dress can be worn without it.
The top features a collar and 2-piece cuffs, made of coordinating fabric, white buttons down the front and on the back, white trim and a pleated tail; the skirt features and gathered waist and white trim; and the waterfall bustle has its own waistband and features cascading pleats with white trim.
I can make this outfit in a variety of colors, solid or print.
